You will be granted access to the private podcast upon joining The Nurturing Circle. Once access is granted, you'll receive an email with the subject: "You've Subscribed to The Nurturing Circle Private Podcast." Follow the instructions inside that email to add the podcast to your Kajabi library.
You'll be automatically taken to the private podcast page where you can listen to the latest episodes.

You can also listen to the private podcast on your phone by adding it to your Apple Podcasts app.

To add the private podcast to your Apple Podcasts app, click the RSS feed icon on the podcast page to copy the RSS feed link

Once you have copied the RSS feed link, send it to your phone.
On your iPhone, navigate to the Apple Podcasts app and click on Library along the bottom menu.
Once in the library, click on the 3 purple dots in the top right corner.

Click Follow a show by URL, then paste the RSS feed link into the box that says Podcast URL.

You are now ready to listen to new and past episodes directly in your podcast app.

Think of circles as forums or discussion boards. They are a space for you to interact by making posts and commenting on fellow members' posts. We have created themes for the circles, use these themes to guide the type of posts you put in a circle. Circles may shift, or new ones may be added. If you have an idea for a circle please let us know!

To make a post in a circle, simply click on "Start typing your entry..." and type in your post content. You can also add images, videos, audio, or PDF files to a post. Once you are finished simply click "post" and your post will be live. Now other members can see it and react or make comments.

Challenges are timed activities that we can all participate in together. 

Participating in challenges is optional but highly recommended! They aren't meant to feel overwhelming or time-consuming so don't overthink participating in them.

You can stay up to date with everything happening in the community customizing your notifications. 

Managing notifications on desktop:

Start by clicking on your profile in the upper right corner to reveal the dropdown menu. In the dropdown menu click "Settings"

Once in settings click "Notifications". You will then see all of the notification settings. Simply toggle on/off for email or push notifications for the announcements, challenges, circles, and direct messages, and then click save.

To manage notifications for individual Circles, simply click on the arrow to the right of the Circle you'd like to manage. Choose from the dropdown menu. "All Messages" means you will be notified every time someone makes a post or comment. "Highlights Only" means you will be notified of relevant messages once a month. "Muted" means you will not get notified at all.

Managing notifications on the mobile app

To access your profile on the app navigate to the "Feed" tab along the bottom. Then head to your profile by clicking on the circle in the upper right corner. Once in your profile navigate to settings by clicking on the gear in the upper right corner

Once in settings click "Notifications".
You will then see all of the notification settings. Simply click on each option to turn on/off email or push notifications

To manage notifications for individual Circles, simply click on "Circles" and click on the Circle you'd like to manage. Choose from the menu the frequency you'd like to receive notifications

You can access the community on your phone by downloading the Kajabi Community app available on IOS or Android.

To access the app go to the app store and search "Kajabi Communities"

After you download the app, enter the email address associated with your Kajabi account (the email you used to join the membership).

*Note: It’s important that you use the same email address associated with your Kajabi account. Otherwise, the mobile app will create a new profile and that new profile will not have access to the Community.

Once you enter your email, you'll be notified to check your email inbox for an access link. If you don't see this screen, you may have entered the wrong email address.

Check your email for the access link (try spam if you don’t see it in your inbox).

Clicking the link sent to you will give you access to the Community on the mobile app.

To cancel your subscription start in the community and click "Back to Library" in the upper left corner
*Please note: at this time memberships cannot be canceled on the app.

Next, click on the account icon in the upper right hand corner to reveal a dropdown menu. Then click "Settings"

Once in settings, click "Billing". Under "Active Subscriptions" find your subscription and clock the three dots to the right 

Once you cancel your subscription, you will see "Pending Cancellation" underneath your plan. You will have access to the membership until the end of your billing cycle, that date is shown next to "Pending Cancellation". Up until that date you will be able to access, and post in the membership as usual.
